The following is a discussion about the NSA's true wisdom and power in today and in general which includes almost anything from tracing private emails to combat and wars. This is an excerpt I have posted from the Wikileaks and enoughofyouharsh.blogspot.com does not hold any responsibility for any of the content and description. Hope you all read it and find it interesting. Please share if you like..
Aerospace Data Facility (ADF) is part of Buckley Air Force Base located in Aurora, Colorado. ADF is contracted by defense, intelligence, and civil agencies supporting the United States Government. It specializes in collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination of intelligence information. In 2010, the NSA planned to design and build an 850 personnel, 200,000 square foot permanent facility. This new facility will accommodate present and future mission growth. The new facility will also allow for better collaboration. The projected cost of the facility is $140,932.
Fort Gordon, Augusta Georgia, is a United States Military installation established in 1917. Fort Gordonhosts a joint/service command, National Security Agency/Central Security Service. The NSA is going to construct a new 28,000 square foot facility. This facility will be an expansion to the Whitewall building. Facility will be constructed as a Sensitive Compartmented Information facility (SCIF). Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) is classified information concerning or derived from intelligence sources, methods, or analytical processes. The US government will not acknowledge programs used for SCI. All activity and conversation inside a SCIF is restricted from public disclosure. SCIF’s are constructed with special doors, strong, thick, concrete, acoustical controls and alarms to prevent information leaks and surveillance. SCIF’s are also constructed with special panels to further prevent information leaking, and surveillance. Fort Gordon project cost is estimated at $12,951.
Fort Meade Maryland is an US Army installation, first opened as “Camp Admiral” in 1917. It has since become the home of the United States Cyber Command, National Security Agency, and Defense Information Systems Agency. Fort Meade will be the home to a new 60 mega watts (60,000,000 watts) technical load, high performance computing center. This new, high performance, computing center will be able to handle an incredible amount of data. Plans for security for this new center include construction as a SCIF. Proposed construction states, High Performance Computer Clusters (HPCC), also known as Data Analytics Supercomputer (DAS) program will establish the supporting infrastructure for the HPCC capability on site M and is not dependent on the Integrated Cyber Center (ICC). The ICC will connect into this new supporting infrastructure and fund increases in infrastructure capacity where necessary to accommodate the ICC capabilities. The prime objective here is to greatly expand, enhance the NSA’s surveillance, monitoring capabilities both globally and in cyberspace. Total cost of this new computing center $860,579. To further enhance, expand these capabilities, another more powerful facility is to be built in Utah.
February 2011, the NSA developed a plan for the first facility in a series of data centers required for the Comprehensive National Cyber Security Initiative at Camp Williams National Guard located in Utah. The new data center will be 65 megawatts (65,000,000 watts) technical load. Infrastructure support and administrative areas will be able to support state-of-the-art high performance computing devices and associated hardware. Project will also provide government support facilities. IT and security considerations include construction as SCIF and requirements related to Anti Terrorism Force Protection(AT/FP). AT/FP provides a safe, secure environment for and deter acts of terrorism against DOD personnel, assets, and facilities. If deterrence fail, the AT/FP has the capability to detect, defend against, respond to, defeat, and mitigate the effects of terrorism. Cost of project $1,529,500.
RAF (Royal Air Force) Menwith Hill, is a Royal Air Force Station near Harrogate, Yorkshire, England, constructed 1954 on 545 acres. RAF was leased to the United States Army Security Agency , the same year. RAF was established as a high frequency radio monitoring facility. In 1966 the National Security Agency (NSA) took over responsibility for RAF. Since the take over by the NSA, RAF has evolved into the largest electronic monitoring station in the world. RAF contains an extensive satellite ground station and serves as communications intercept and missile warning.
February 2011, the NSA planned to construct a an additional generator plant with integration into existing generators and control systems to meet increased mission loads. Cost of project $68,601. Thursday March 1, 2012, the Guardian reported that Menwith Hill was about to undergo a major expansion. According to the Guardian, the NSA planned to spend $68 million on a generator plant to provide power for new super computers. Computers on the base were already capable of handling 2 million intercepts an hour. By 2015, Menwith Hill is slated to be a fully operational upgraded, active intelligence hub. According to the Guardian, Steve Schofield, author of a new study on Menwith Hill stated,
It is no longer possible to think of Menwith Hill as simply carrying out traditional military, diplomatic and commercial electronic spying for the United States, but rather to recognize its role as an active provider of integrated intelligence to support new forms of warfare. This paradigm shift towards permanent surveillance from space and real-time military interventions anywhere in the world through remotely-controlled weapons…
Recently, I had a conversation with a source who has a son in the US Military. Source stated their son has experience with and knowledge of Military Satellites. Information, via conversation source had with their son, revealed:
The United States Military has a satellite capable of globally tracking any Enemy Combatant/Terrorist or other Military Target. Satellite also has the global capability of taking out these targets with zero-minimal “Collateral Damage.”
The NSA’s largest expansion is “Site M”, Fort Meade Maryland. June 14, 2011, Public Intelligence reported site M will be the central command center for the NSA’s cyber-warfare capabilities. US Cyber Command Joint Operations Center (USCYBERCOM JOC) will be the main hub of site M. Eleven agencies from the intelligence community will be integrated with USCYBERCOM JOC. The main center of Site M will be a 315,000 square foot, 100+ mega watt, powerful High Performance Computer Center (HPCC) costing $778,070,000+. Overall, this new integrated Cyber Command Center will require 200+ mega watts of power. Site M has been overshadowed by the much hyped Utah Data Center. Site M’s cost is $3.2 billion compared to $1.2 billion for the Utah Data Center. As previously stated, site M’s HPCC will be 315,000 square feet, 100+ mega watts compared to Utah Data Centers 100,000 square feet, 65 mega watts. Citizens, globally, should be very concerned over the amount of data that this new facility will be able to collect and store.
The NSA’s PRISM program is a partnership with major internet companies. Revelations from Edward Snowden, former NSA contractor turned Whistleblower, have shown that the NSA has access to information from these private companies. It is perhaps no suprise that such companies are also massively expanding their data capabilities. Facebook is constructing a data center in Prineville, Oregon. When all three stages are completed, the data center will have a capacity of 75 mega watts (75,000,000 watts). Facebook has another data center in North Carolina with the capacity of 40 mega watts. Google’s data center located in North Carolina, when completed, will have the capacity of 60-100 mega watts. Apple’s billion dollar data center located in North Carolina is estimated at 100 mega watts. The infrastructures of Facebook, Google, Apple, etc. add to the the infrastructural power of the NSA.
The NSA will play an integral part in permanent surveillance. Technological advancements will upgrade the NSA’s surveillance capabilities to real time surveillance. Millions of innocent people have been the subject of surveillance and millions more will become subjects of surveillance. While this is very disturbing, the NSA is now embarking on a journey into Global Warfare. Future NSA technological upgrades/expansion will help aid the US Military by granting the NSA authority to assist in the programming process of Drones and Unmanned Vehicles. Current expansion and technological upgrades have allowed the NSA to successfully evolve into the most powerful surveillance/intelligence agency in the world. The power of the NSA needs to be contained. We The People, can take the first steps to contain this power and keep it from spreading.
